The importance of good digestion

Hello,

Our topic of this week is: The importance of good digestion.

Your digestion can keep you alive, make you sick or kill you.
This patent fact could offend you, but it is true.

First, here are facts you should know:

* Most people have a bad digestion, but do not know.
* Most people are constipated, but do not know.
* An adult can carry between 7 and 20 kg of fecal matter on average.
* An adult should carry lest than 3 kilograms of fecal matter.
* Many people have their colon overloaded with feces (faeces).
* Feces (fecal matter) is poison, a dangerous poison.
* Etc.

Possible consequences of poor digestion:

*Constipation
* Fatigue (body and mind)
* Memory lost
* Risk of cancers
* Poison in the blood (toxins, harmful free radicals)

* Clean your digestive system (fasting, lot of fruits, vegetables and water, purge)
* Etc.

Avoid:
  • Cigarette (tobacco in all its forms)
  • Chemical drugs (laxative, antacid, etc. These are short-term solutions, which eliminate the symptoms, but the problem remains and returns; there is a risk of addiction and side effects.)
  • Too much meat (eat 100 grams of protein per day, on average)

Benefits of good digestion:
